The Find Your Voice Programme helps you establish & build confidence in your voice, by exploring the body, the mind, the breath & of course - the voice itself. By harnessing our own awareness and developing a sense of inquiry or playfulness we can free up our creative channels & find our voice.

Meet your coach - Patience Scarles

After years’ of working in the music & events industry in London, living a fast-paced life full of gigs, concerts & long hours - I made a commitment to myself to live more mindfully. To become more aligned with my values, get clear on what I wanted in life & do the things that bring me (and the people around me) so much happiness and joy. Before that moment I’d become so caught up in my busy lifestyle that I forgot what mattered most and was feeling anxious, stressed & burnt out.

In a matter of weeks, I turned it all around. // From that moment on I started singing again - every day, I developed a daily movement & meditation practice, made space for myself to relax & reconnect - and from there my quality of life improved & I started to feel more joy and hope in my life again.

Fast forward, a couple of covid-19 lockdowns & relocating back to my home of Waiheke Island, New Zealand - and my life has completely changed for the better!

I developed the Find Your Voice programme to help others reconnect to themselves, feel more confident about their voices & find what feels good to them.

There is something magical about the power of a group coming together. So much can be learnt in one-on-one coaching but the cohesion, compassion & connection of a group brings a much deeper-level experience - something that connects with our innate in-built sense of being a part of a collective.

In this course, I share with you how to better understand your voice, tools for exploring the voice, how to look after the voice & techniques that will help you to find your unique sound.
