I developed the Find Your Voice programme to help others reconnect to themselves, feel more confident about their voices & find what feels good to them.
There is something magical about the power of a group coming together. So much can be learnt in one-on-one coaching but the cohesion, compassion & connection of a group brings a much deeper-level experience - something that connects with our innate in-built sense of being a part of a collective.
In this course, I share with you how to better understand your voice, tools for exploring the voice, how to look after the voice & techniques that will help you to find your unique sound.

MODULE 1
INTENTION SETTING & INTRODUCTION
Sow the seeds for the rest of the programme
How do you want to feel by the end of the course?
Develop an understanding of the importance of intention setting & the potency of this practice
In this first session we look at how our intention can change the way we experience our voice practice
MODULE 2
THE MIND
Tension in the mind carries through to our voice.
A lot of the time, without realising, it is our mind that often gets in the way of our ability to sing.
Here we explore various meditation & mindfulness techniques that can help us to sing in the moment - rather than let our minds take control!
MODULE 3
THE BODY
When there is tension in the body, there is tension in the voice
In this module we look at the relationship between the voice & the body, and what sort of an effect that has on our voices
Developing our understanding of the holistic nature of singing
MODULE 4
THE BREATH
In this section we cover the importance of the breath when it comes to singing
rom breath control and phrasing, to a selection of exercises that calm down the nervous system and prepare the body (& mind) to sing.
MODULE 5
THE VOICE
How can we bring a sense of play and inquisitiveness into our voice practice?
In this section, we get playful with vocal exercises that can be used to bring certain qualities to our sound

THE HEART
When we give meaning to our words, it’s then that the song comes to life.
Here we draw from various disciplines to bring greater depth to our song & our sound.
